Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 22, 2026
McArtor Operations Advisory, LLC (“I,” “me,” or “my”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects when you visit, how I use it, and who I share it with. It does not cover the separate confidentiality obligations I take on once I begin an engagement with a client firm — those are governed by the mutual NDA or confidentiality agreement referenced elsewhere on this site, and are typically far more restrictive than anything below.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site uses Google Analytics to understand basic traffic patterns — which pages get visited, roughly where visitors are located, and how they found the site. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this and may collect your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed. I don’t see your name or anything that identifies you personally through this data — it’s aggregated and anonymized reporting. You can review Google’s own privacy policy for details on how they handle this data, and you can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using tools like the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Information you provide directly
If you book a call using the scheduling link on this site, that booking is handled by Microsoft Bookings, and whatever you enter there (name, email, phone number, and anything you write in the notes) is submitted directly to Microsoft’s platform and made available to me — it isn’t stored on this website itself. If you email me directly at info@mcartoradvisory.com, I receive and keep whatever you send, the same as any email.
I use this information only to schedule and prepare for calls, respond to your questions, and follow up about a potential engagement. I don’t sell, rent, or share it with third parties for marketing purposes, and I don’t currently maintain a mailing list — if that changes, I’ll update this policy and give you a clear way to opt out.
Data retention and security
I keep booking and email correspondence for as long as it’s relevant to a potential or active engagement, and delete it when it’s no longer needed. I take reasonable steps to protect information I hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and I can’t guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can decline cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work as intended if you do. You can also ask me directly, at the email above, what information I have connected to you and request that I delete it.
Children’s privacy
This site isn’t directed at children, and I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy occasionally as the site or my practices change. The “last updated” date above will always reflect the most recent version.
